It was an internal and external recruitment, through 3rd party agency. First step was a selection of CV’s based on previous work experience, qualifications and skills. Second step was an interview with two local managers. The final part was an interview with a senior manager from HQ.

The interviewers were friendly, clear, and respectful, asking mostly competency-based questions about process improvement and stakeholder management.
