Colloquio
Interview was in Baku, Xazar office. Firstly competency based behavoirial questions in Azeri, then technical questions in English. There were 3 interviewers: HRC HR, Buyer lead and Category Delivery Analyst Lead. All were very kind.
It was friendly. Think of lots of situational questions. Practice STAR. All questions are like story telling. Describe the situation, your task, actions and your outcome. Pick situations that obviously demondtrate the required skills.

Through a headhunter agency I got an interview, but there was no HR in the interview, only 3 other team members via Skype, I didn't get a second round, as my experience was not suitable enough.
