Met with rep at career fair. Got a campus interview through career services. The interview was 1.5 Hours broken down into the following.
Preference Questions: Involved preferred positions, why BP, why energy industry, why the university etc.
Behavioral Questions: Teamwork, bad decision, responsible for safety etc. STAR format.
Technical Questions: Bottom hole conditions of a well were provided. Does this well flow? Why? What flow rate? How long will it flow? What form of artificial lift would you use? (No calculator)
