Two persons from BP asked questions. And one of them left early to catch the plane. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. First half of the interview is basic behavioral questions. Difficult to answer. Should prepare early. Second half of the interview is technical questions. Something related to the energy industry.

When some thing happens, which company should you invest?
Not too difficult, just a couple rounds of in person interviews. There were some case studies, but the mostly focused on whether you can think quickly rather than specific industry knowledge.
I had a phone interview from an HR employee and after discussing a bit about the position we proceeded with an interview which was mainly focused on the job requirements.

Colloquio
Multiple rounds with multiple groups within the organization. Mostly around fit. Didn’t talk pay until very late rounds. Overall it was a pleasant experience and enjoyed the people I spoke to.
