The interviewer introduced themselves and we exchanged pleasantries. They began by giving me an overview of the company and the specific role I had applied for, which helped set the context for the conversation.

The interview was very different. All of my other interviews with the Majors were behavioral. This was one purely a case study. They presented me with situations like an employee under me was suspected of taking bribes, how would I handle it and what would I do to prevent it. etc..
