Domanda 1
1. What made you motivated to apply for bp?
2. Tell us a time when you demonstrated bp core values: Safety, Courage and Excellence.
3. Tell us a time when you saw a non-conformance. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
4. Tell us a time when you showed agility. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
Lots of questions that weren't direct or straightforward. It was vague and not particularly obvious common behavioural questions. So expected the unexpected.
