Online testing followed by a recorded personal video interview. Following this by about 2 weeks an assessment centre at BP Kwinana which involved a site tour, 45 min group activity and an almost 2 hr long interview. Group activity was O&G based given a gas deposit and 4 scenarios to extract and sell the product. Interview consisted 45 mins of fairly intense personal Qs and 45 mins of fairly intense technical Qs.
