I searched for the opening through a job match on BP career website then I submitted application online. After I successfully submitted my application, I waited for a few days, then i was invited for the Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Uponing completing the questionnaire, I was invited for an video interview
First it was a 5 question hireview then there was a 2 hour case going over mental math, market knowledge and hypothetical scenarios. Overall it was really easy and simple.
first round is a hireview and the second round is a technical interview. the hireview has 5 standard behavioral questions, while the technical a way for them to see how you think.

fine, just take your time. the virtual interview was pretty straightforward and had a timer for every question along with some extra time to prepare. It was mainly behavioural questions and asking theoretical situations and experiences from past jobs.
