the interview was fairly simple and straight forward. first call with HR asking for behavioural fit questions. second call with hiring manager and asked about broad macro questions. overall process took about 3 to 4 weeks
5 competency-based questions. Why bp? Why this role? Describe a time when your ethics are challenged and how you deal with conflicts. Each question lasted for 3 mins, and you'll have 1 minute for preparation,

Describe a time you had to lead a team and there was a conflict of interest.
Very kind and friendly interviewers, relevant questions but lack of time in terms of answering the questions, Talking about engineering in other branches the condition could be different. Overall, one of the best interview experiences.
