Organized and knew the scope of role they needed to fill. They were able to communicate their needs quickly in more depth than the posting. Met with several members in asset team, and they all seemed personable, would make great colleagues, and experts in their disciplines.
It was length and there was huge gaps between interview but keep your basics strong.. there were three rounds of interview starting from intro to the hr round. Prepare accordingly

Pros;
- i was able to do it virtually
- the interviewer had interest in my responses and provided a calm and not stressful environment

- heard positive feedback, but didn't follow up
