The recruitment process took too long time, in 3-4 months. Began with coding test -> Technical Interview 1 (live python and sql test) -> Technical Interview 2 (conversational discussion about hypothesis testing, ab testing, dashboard, data visualization communication) -> Behavioral Interview. I got rejected based on behavioral interview. Interview feedback was my communication was too long. But I remembered the interviewer said "give me as much detail as possible", so it contradicted (funny though). And also, the BP Admin mostly didn't answer my inquiries. The BP contact form also keep telling me "Good news ! Talent Acquisition will in touch with you soon.", but without further explanation. As I already wasted 3-4 months in this BP recruitment process, now I have to continue again my job search, and thus my wish to work as soon as possible is destroyed by BP.
