Many people were in the interview. We were all asked questions one by one about our resume, and then they opened questions for anyone to answer. At the end we were given the opportunity to ask our own questions.

Simple and straightforward. Be confident! I was asked questions related to my general work ethic (including non-dental jobs), and experience in the field. Make sure to also ask questions to ensure full transparency with the company.
