Colloquio
Applied for a FE developer. The first interview was OK, a standard get to know type of interview. Then I did an assignment, which was good, challenging enough, but manageable.
After that it went downhill. The next technical interview was quite disorganized. I was promised some details about the interview, but never got any. Then I had to email them to remind about the interview when they were 10 mins late. The guy who conducted the interview was a back-end developer, quite unprepared, seemed like he was trying to come up with questions on the fly. At some point he asked me to screenshare and said "just start programming something, I want to see if it's in your nature" (huh?) After he ran out of ideas, he started asking me back-end questions, like how would I cache images on the BE? I told him I'm not a back-end developer, to which he replied that they want their devs to be able to do everything. Buddy, then why not look for a full-stack dev? Just wasting everyone's time
