I was emailed for a phone interview and scheduled one with a program manager. She asked me a little bit about my personality, experience with service learning and Chicago Youth. I asked her some questions about the curriculum, culture and clinical supervision of the position. I got an email a little bit later telling me that they are not interested in moving forward with the interview process.

The interview process was long. I had 3 interviews. One with a manger, the second with the director, and the third I had to give a presentation to students and describe a service activity that we could do.
