      La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso buzzmove (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di set 2019

      Colloquio

      Got pitched the job by a recruiter. The CV was sent over and it got reviewed. I was invited for a 2-3 hour on-site session that would be with the members of the management and the technical team. OnSite session - Discussion/ Interview with the CIO and lead engineering about architecture and their architecture, project evolution, past and current designs. - Discussion/ Interview questions with a Lead Engineer about current implementation details - Short (extremely short!!!) QA with the CEO, The architecture, design and technical assessment part of the interview was really straight forward and clear. Unfortunately the last part was a bit weird (to say the least), the CEO kind of expected the candidate to be more into the company ? Felt very weird when the interview just ended in 1-2 minutes. Statements like, you should study more of the company and maybe we can chat again are a bit too much for a small company like that. Obviously this kind of attitude does not going to help them attract talent, while they seemed to be really nice guys the tech team, the whole interview ended unexpectedly with these weird statements. I guess they should reconsider some of their interview process and either break it into 2 stages so that the CEO has enough time to feel that the candidate was into the company (even though - is still a very small company don't expect that it would be on the radar for the majority of engineers coming to interview). The tech team on the other hand side was very reasonable. Due to this weird setup, I opted not to continue the process . If the very first experience you have with a company on a interview makes you feel a bit weird , it does not look very promising for the future
