Der Interviewprozess war sehr klar und strukturiert.
Es gab ein HR `erstes Kennenlernen`, kurzes Hiring Manager Gespräch, Case Study, Cultural Fit Interview und zuletzt ein Founders Gespräch. Es war sehr gut, mit mehreren Personen zu sprechen, um ein besseres Bild der Firma zu bekommen.

Interessante Frage fand ich: Are you asking for permission or forgiveness?
called for the first interview and the recruiter did not show up in our first video-call. She kept cancelling and asking to reschedule our call until when she canceled definitely our scheduled meeting without even an explanation nor answering my emails.

3 Gespraeche waren sehr freundlich, strukturiert und Job relevant. Das letzte Gespraech lief leider nicht gut, was vielleicht auch an mir lag. Hatte das Gefuehl, dass wir von Anfang an, aneinander vorbei geredet haben.
