Vibe of the interviews:
Very professional but with an extremely pleasant vibe. Targeted and clear questions with an honest interest in my answers and in discussing the topics.
Response times were quick and no question was left unanswered. The entire process was a very pleasant experience.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso commercetools (Weimar, Thuringia) nel mese di gen 2021
Colloquio
The first interview was by telephone and lasted 15 minutes. It was straightforward. The second interview was by video call with the Head of Design and a Senior Designer. Although it was a long interview (1,5 hr), it was modest and concrete where respect, communication and understanding flowed.
