However, after waiting for over 10 days without any further communication, I finally received an email stating, "unfortunately, we have decided not to proceed..." I find it concerning to have been asked for my availability only to receive a rejection email after an extended period of silence. This experience suggests a lack of consideration for candidates' time and effort.
