The interview process was long (interviewed with 5 different people, some multiple times) but positive and engaged. There was real interest in my skills and experience and what I could offer to the company. The interviewers were clear in explaining their roles, where their more complex questions come from and what they expected of me.

The most difficult question came from the co-founder asking me to role play a scenario with a difficult and demanding client. My answer was challenged from several angles and exposed me to somewhat real work experience at ctrl QS.
