Phone screen with recruiter, then VP of Talent, then onsite. They were nice enough, and asked basic questions on the phone screen. After the 2nd phone screen, the VP of Talent also asked for a list of references. They were quick to schedule an onsite which was a little more technical. I met the team as well. After the interview, I didn't hear back from them by the next week, so I emailed the team just to check in. However, I still haven't gotten a reply back.
I totally understand how busy recruiters are, but I think it's disrespectful to not let someone know they were rejected- Especially after I took the time to come in and meet them all in person, reached out to my references, and spoke with them multiple times. A simple email will do, It's just a basic part of the process.
