A less than impressive and coherent interview process. I was contacted initially about this company from a UK headhunter when I agreed for them to pass my CV to App Annie. After a few days passed, I was then contacted randomly on LinkedIn by App Annie's HR who asked if I would be interested in a telephone interview which I said yes to. However they claimed they had no contact at all from the headhunter firm and approached me themselves which suggests they were not on the same page.
After passing this initial telephone screening, it took about 10 emails back and forth with the UK office manager to arrange my face to face interview with the hiring manager. A simple call would have made life simpler for both of us!
The interview itself was fine and the hiring manager was a decent guy and very professional. However he did say I would be contacted within a few days to inform me of their decision. This never happened. The headhunter firm also never received any feedback. Overall a very poor way to treat a candidate.
