Applied online, got a call the next day (Wednesday) for an interview on Friday. Went in Friday, pretty relaxed interview. The manager was very friendly and very easy to talk to, he explained the position to me and what they were looking for, told me a bit about the company. He only asked three questions but I only remember one (see below) and it tripped me up a bit because I had no previous experience. The other two were typical situational questions that were easier to answer. He called me later that day to offer me the position. He told me after he got off the phone with me, he would send for my background check. That took 12 days, then he called me and emailed me the paperwork to fill out and I started 2 days after he received all of that.

When applying for a job there was kind of like a web-based interview first. This was needed for consideration. It involved scenarios and a personality activity with multiple-choice responses to choose from.
