It was a great interview process where the candidate interviews the company as much as the company is interviewing the candidate. You talk to different departments throughout the process. They will test your skills by requesting a demonstration and a sales strategy write-up. Everyone talks to the founder and CEO who ensures that all new team members will be a great culture fit to the business. I really appreciated the due diligence in this interview process.
