Very robust process, with various levels starting from recruitment lead to leadership team and Global Team from UK interviewing. Regular updates during the process and very quick closure time. Buddy assignment during on-boarding is very helpful

Colloquio
1st call with Recruiter then quickly set up to speak to hiring manager. After that was quickly set up to speak to HM manager. Took a little longer to find out if I was going for final interview and I was the one who constantly reached out to the recruiter for an update. Had a final interview that included a presentation. Waited over a week to hear back and finally reached out again to the recruiter. Was told they went with the other candidate and would provide additional feedback if I wanted. I did ask to understand more so I could use in my job search going forward but never got a follow up. Overall seems like a great company just wish there was a little better communication regarding the process.
