I contacted them through my school's career website and was accepted for an interview. I had two interviews, one with an HR woman who was great, nice and an easy interviewer. Then I entered a room with two men, both software guys, who were complete jerks. They would ask a question, not necessarily technical, I would reply, and that would be the end of the dialogue, no feedback or additional questioning like a typical 'conversation'. They really made an effort for the interview to be uncomfortable.

It was a technical question, they posed a situation where Krogers has two water bottles, and wants to promote one over another. In this case, Kroger Brand over Ice Mountain. They then give a background of the consumer that purchases water bottles and what they look for. The question comes at the end of the background where they ask how you would sell more of the Kroger brand without eating away too much at the Ice Mountain brand.

Colloquio
It consisted of 3 rounds:
1. Coding round interview(Hackerearth) - cleared
2. Technical round 1 with Intervue(3rd party team) - cleared
3. Technical round 2 with Dunnhumby employee.
I was able to clear 2 rounds, which was said to be hard as told by recruiter.
In 3rd round, the employee of Dunnhumby was 15 minutes late to the call with no intimation from employee/recruiter and recruiter was not answering call as well.
After 1 hour 40 minutes of call in round 3, which seemed to be okay/borderline, I didn't heard back from them.
HR recruiter didn't pick the call, didn't respond to whatsapp text, basically ghosting me.
getting feedback should be a step for the company, if they want to attract people in future.

Colloquio
A recruiter contacted me and done initial screening over phone call. Like what is my professional experience, expectations everything. There are 3 stage interview process. First 30 mins competitive questions , once you are selected you will get take home test. After that 3rd stage with more technical and take home task questions. The process takes more time. you wont get feedback immediately. They takes 15 days to share feedback .
