Interviewed in 2024, throughout the process I have been ghosted multiple times. Very much in line with the rest of the reviews, setting up the initial phone interviews is not working and very unprofessionally managed. After the initial screening interview was set up, I had a pleasant interview with the hiring manager, but left with radio silence thereafter. This speaks for itself and does not want me to work for a company where communication seems to be broken from the onset.
