It was a very smooth process. There were 3 stages in the recruitment process: Application, 1st Interview, and 2nd Interview. The last stage was a portfolio review. The recruiter was really helpful throughout the process as I was given prior information on what each interview would entail. The questions were based on past experience and mindset.
