The shortlisting on the basis of resume and first there is telephonic interaction with the HR and then there is face to face interview with the Manager after that the final result regarding selection is sent via mail.

The interview process was smooth, although I didn't take the job because I wasn't interested in a non-tech profile. The questions were non-tech and mostly based on soft skills. They skimmed through my resume and called me over-qualified for the role 😂 The people were nice and polite.
