Technical round which will consist of all the basic questions related to project management and its phases. Then there will be a Managerial round.. Eventually there was no managerial round for me. The HR just ghosted me.

The overall process took 2-3 weeks. Recruiter approached and finalized first round after clearing few basic questions. 1st round was held in next 2 days and it was good, I could sense that everything went well and there would be another round of an interview. Second round was scheduled, then re-scheduled multiple times due to interviewer's unavailability almost 3 times. (they were so enthusiastic to hire me in a week as I was already serving notice period) so it was getting delayed than expected and my other joining date was coming close. Finally one fine day interview happened which also went well and I could judge that I have cleared this round as well. Interviewer told me that he will immidiately provide his feedback as they would like me to start at the earliest. got a call from recruiter saying you have shortlisted and now there will be a final round of HR on same to close it out soon. couple of days passed and I contacted her asking for same as my other joining date was nearby and I was in hurry to take final decision. then 4 more good days passed as poor recruiter was unable to get HR's as well as MGR's time to approve the package which was approved earlier. so finally I told to them not to consider me anymore and discontinued.
