Started as contract and got grandfathered into fulll-time work. Overall great company to work for and the initial interview screenings were really easy basic questions over the phone with the HR manager.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso eBags (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) nel mese di feb 2016
Colloquio
Interviewed with the CIO. Seemed to go well - very congenial and productive. However, there has been ZERO follow-up from eBags since the interview - which has now been six weeks ago. VERY unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging - even if he did not get the job. Speaks volumes of the corporate culture (in a negative way).

Colloquio
I interviewed with the photography manager, then the entire photography team (six people) in a room. The entire process took about an hour. The interview didn't seem to have a set agenda of questions, and seemed more like a "get-to-know-you" style interview. I had already worked there as a temp before and knew several of the interviewers on a personal basis. The most important thing is to seem laid back, yet hard working, because that's the vibe of the company.

Can you give me an example of a time in your life when you failed at something, and what did you learn from that failure?
