The selection process consists of four rounds. Round 1 is a Group Discussion to assess communication and teamwork. Round 2 is an HR Interview focusing on personality and background. Round 3 is a Managerial Interview evaluating problem-solving skills. Round 4 concludes with an Aptitude Test to measure logical and analytical abilities.
