I got a call from eclerx(Airoli, Navi Mumbai) via some job portal. I cleared the first telephonic round for the position of senior 3D Visualizer. Then I got shortlisted for a technical round where they asked me to create 36 different models and renders of furniture in a day. The task took me 9 hours of break free task. It was somewhat impossible, but still I managed to finish it while maintaining the quality throughout. I was happy and very sure to be selected for further rounds. I even got a call next day that I had cleared the technical round and would be further notified on any upcoming interview. No call whatsoever after that. I even tried to follow up, but the person from the HR team quit and I had nowhere else to contact. Since I had already taken an off for the day at my current employer and invested so much time and effort to clear interviews, I felt cheated by eclerx. Such unprofessional people work at eclerx.
