I was interviewed for the outbound process. Way too easy. 1. HR Round 2. Voice & Accent Round 3. Written 4. Manager Round. They just check your communication skills. But the process took the entire day. I got free at 9pm. The interview process can be more organised. I saw people cheating in the written round. The HR can do much better.
