The interview process start with essay writing, they give 3 topics which are 1 . FMCG Companies 2.IT sector layoff 3.Colour blue,(be cautions while writing interview bcoz they can ask questions related to essay which you write in last round,so write the lines which you can explain easily), the second round was Group discussion in which topic was youth and politics. (Very easy to crack becze hr only want 2 3 line from each one)
Third round was aptitude test which include English grammar 16 question n excel basic n addition and subtraction ( i did't have excel knowledge at all so it was difficult for me)
Last round was operation round where manger ask questions related you're resume, and knowledge about basic finance n derivatives n also the ask me to calculate 7% of 70 and questions related to academics like which subject did you studied etc and questions based on first round essay (be calm don't bother to say i did't no if u don't have answers)
