For Campus.. CV shorlisting, GD PI and personal interview. Now they have also started with 6 month internships and offering PPO. Probably it reduces the training cost. But overall its not very difficult

Totally depends on interviewer and the profile applied for but yes eClerx includes analytical questions in the interview
