The First Round was a 20 Questions MCQ Aptitude Test which included English, Basic Quantative and Reasoning. Afterwards, there was an HR Interview in which asked pretty general questions like to describe myself, where i am from and the HR explained about the Job Responsibilities, then, they asked me to wait for a Technical Round to be conducted by the Program Manager. The interview was regarding the job to be assigned, he asked that what do i know about the company what do they expertise in then he explained the role as a Junior Analyst.

1) HR round...... ( Basic questions on investment banking, trade operations,trade support)
2) Aptitude test round....
3) Operation round.........
Smooth and fast process within 1-2 days. Reached in morning and gave assessment test and after that you will be shortlisted for face to face interview. After completing this you will be given offer letter on the same day to join this company.

The interview was quite well at each level. I i will not say easy or tough but that was quite well. Because interviewers was not the boss during the process. Interview was not totally technical or job oriented but also about the personal experience character interest dedication dream
