Phone call with recruiter after applying online. Questions on the call were mostly about experience, explaining the role and the company and client. Call went well and recruiter said to expect to hear back in a few days for next steps, and that it would likely move forward. Did not hear back at all. It has been several weeks and still no follow up, even just to tell me it's a no.
