I would not recommend interviewing with this company based on my experience. From the very beginning, I was given the impression that they were eager to make an offer. I was fully committed to the process, even dedicating an entire day to visit their office, meet the team and speak with the team leads in person. After that, I was told that someone would get in touch with me regarding the final offer that same day. That call never came. Despite following up via email, I received no response whatsoever. I was essentially ghosted after investing significant time and energy. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. Communication and transparency are the minimum expectations during a hiring process and unfortunately, this company failed on both fronts. In hindsight, I’m relieved not to be working there. This experience has clearly shown me how little they value candidates’ time and effort.
