Had phone interview which with in-house recruiter who scheduled me for an in person interview with the hiring manager and two of his staff. Never heard back from them. I am senior level and not so much as an email or phone call that they selected another candidate. Interview was poor, not much around experience or skills but rather casual conversation and a few behavioral questions.
