The interview process consisted of a 30-minute interview followed by a one-hour interview with a manager. The recruiter was great, but the interview with the manager was not. I logged in earlier than the start time, so my interview consisted of multiple rapid-fire questions. I was asked to sell a dog bed, and the interviewer shared how this role sold insurance to older people and that it's a "sales job". He shared the expectation of working whatever hours were needed, including 60 or more hours per week during the "busy season," which meant 7 days a week.

Has a great through interview process. I felt that the supervisor was courteous and asked relevant questions. The interviewer was able to answer any and all of my questions. Thank you for the good interview process.

Filled out application and received email to set up a HR interview. I was then asked to set up a second interview with a hiring manager. I received a call from HR the next day with an offer. Then, signed offer and completed background check
