There are three steps that need to be passed to get job offer at eHealth. Firstly, after my graduation, I applied at eHealth in April. I was selected for assessment testing which is the first step. Then I was called up for an interview. All the questions in an interview will be a behavioural questions that need to be answered in star method format. During that period, it was my first interview, so I was unable to pass it. That was my first rejection. After 5 month, I again applied for the same position at eHealth, and again I was called up for an assessment testing. It went well, and I was selected for an interview. This time, I passed an interview and I was selected for third step that was reference check. They will ask you 2 or 3 latest references. After two weeks, I got a job offer. Just don't lose hope, and keep on hunting.
