Prior to the physical interview, I took an MBTI and Disc test. At the physical interview, you'd take some form of IQ and English tests before having an Interview with HR.

A lot of the HR's questions were along the lines of me handling huge workloads and delivering before tight deadlines. When I mentioned how much I was looking for ~250k?! She laughed.
