The in-house Senior Talent Strategist contacted me after I applied for a Director position. The interview was scheduled in a timely manner.
The actual interview was a waste of 10 minutes. Perhaps they had decided I wasn't a good fit, which is fine.
It was clear from the beginning that they were just going through the motions (perhaps they have an interview quota to hit?) and had no interest in actually digging into my resume.
However, the whole vibe was off and abrupt and left a poor impression on the eMoney organization and its brand.
