Interview took 2 weeks. 3 or 5 calls from HR initially just asking salary expectation(irritating). Final interview with Business Unit Lead who's energy was fantastic, got me charged up in the interview. We had more of a discussion rather than an interview. She was very comforting. I would have loved to work with her. Received the offer. However, offered salary was below market value and my expectation. Tried to negotiate but offer was not re-looked at.
Regarding HR: Very non-professional. Not reasonable enough. they put a bad impression first until I met the hiring manager. Ex. interview was set at 12pm and at 11:55pm one of the HR informed me that interview was supposed to be at 12.30pm, why are you so early? Apart from a bunch of irritating calls about salary expectation, still managed to offer a salary way below market value and were adamant enough to not to re-look at it !!

First Round for Telephonic interview and then 2nd round for PM Questions. It included how yoou handle team , Requirement Gathering, Process Models, All Project Management Skills and BA Questions. SDLC lifecycle Management and Team Resource Management. Team Coordination and client coordination.
