The interview process was very thorough; from the initial email dialogue, all the way through to the final interview with the CEO. I found this very helpful, so that neither party would spend time if they weren't just the right fit. They know exactly what type of employees will be a fit and see success. They definitely aren't looking for "just anyone." So they make sure you fit into that mold. The process was unconventional, but in a refreshing way, different than most companies that treat you as just a name on a list.
