There was a phone interview, and then an on person final interview. The phone interview was rather short. They just asked some questions like why you have chosen this field, have you heard of this company before, etc

It was 3 step interview in which candidate should be having knowledge about us recruitment process, then should know about taxation in usa and the full life cycle of recruitment as per usa
