I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter and I was excited about this opportunity. The recruiter canceled the interview only minutes before it was supposed to take place. Life happens, so I was flexible on rescheduling! Then, I was completely ghosted for the rescheduled time. I checked and made sure that the number I provided was correct when I sent a follow up message on LinkedIn - it is accurate! This experience is the first introduction candidates have to the organization and let me tell you this is not a positive one. This has detered me from wanting to join the company. It appears I am not the only one to have this issue.
