The timeline from application submission to rejection email was 2 weeks. It started with an email asking for a 30 minute phone call from talent acquisition. Talked about basic questions such as tell me about yourself, salary expectations, quick overview of previous experience, etc. The gentleman was very nice and explained a little bit about the company. The phone interview ended up only being about 15 minutes. He offered to move me to the next round, which was an hour and a half interview with the Director of QA, QA manager, and a QA Lead. This was done over google meets in 30 minute intervals. They were all very nice and asked about previous projects, tools i'm experienced in, team structure. Pretty straightforward and easy in my opinion but I was not as prepared as I should have been. They are more interested in the candidate having strong soft skills, rather than stronger technical skills. If you are looking to apply to this role I would definitely recommend.
