I am a current employee and applied through our in-house website. I did not get an interview for the job posting I applied to. When they made a new posting I got the interview. First, I got a general call from the in-house screener. Then an interview with management was scheduled. The interviewers were senior management. They were very friendly and welcoming. The questions were helpful in understanding the nature of what my role would be. They said they would get back to me and scheduled another meeting where they offered me the position. Excellent experience.
