Colloquio
The process starts with your application, if you are successful you will complete a test online. You will then be invited to the assessment day. The day is really relaxed, it starts with a reach test followed by 3 Group excerises. You will then have a lunch break where the assessors will decide who has got through to the interviews. I was lucky to be successful and my interview lasted around 40 mins. I was contacted the next day and informed I had got through.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
